Protein Structure Determination

Once sequence specific assignment has been completed experiments can be performed to provide restraints for structural calculation. Typically these consist of distance restraints in the form of nuclear Overhauser effects (nOes) but also include residual dipolar couplings (RDCs), paramagnetic relaxation effects (PREs) and dihedral angles derived from chemical shift.
